    As a fitness instructor and someone living with bipolar, I've experienced firsthand the impact that movement can have on mood, energy, and overall mental wellness. I explore the benefits of physical activity as a tool in managing mood disorders, supporting emotional regulation, and improving quality of life.

      What if one ordinary moment at work became a turning point for someone’s life?

In this heartfelt and practical presentation, Sandra shares how one connection — a young social worker named Karen — helped shift her path from years of psychiatric hospitalizations to a life of purpose and potential. Karen never knew the impact she had. And yet she sparked a  lasting change. Every one of us holds that same potential. Each interaction with clients and colleagues can make a positive, lasting influence.
