Canadian Mental Health Association (C.M.H.A.)

 In my book I talk about how much this organization helps me with their group programs. With 330 community locations, check  www.cmha.ca  to find resources local to you or online.

Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (C.A.M.H)

With both community programs and an in-patient hospital in Toronto, www.camh.ca , provides services for patients and families. A valuable resource is the virtual urgent care with same day appointments  Virtual Urgent Care | CAMH 

Hope and Me - Mood Disorders Association of Ontario

Specifically for mood disorders, they have a bi-monthly bipolar support group, in addition to services such as counseling and an 8-week W.R.A.P. program (Wellness Recovery Action Plan discussed in Chapter 5 of the book)

 BounceBack® is a free skill-building program managed by CMHA. It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, depression, anxiety, stress or worry.
